Now that storage is abstracted, it only remains for someone to write an
LDAP driver for it.  Right now it uses preferences... which can actually
be stored in LDAP, so that's a roundabout way of doing it now.

Right now it's only HEAD.  A RELENG back-port is my next task, so stay
tuned.
