Well, it does work... Jan, Michael, and a few others are using it.  I
can't reply to your request, however, since we're not using the rules part
of it here (just blacklist/whitelist).  That's my reason for why I didn't
respond to your first email; others may have other reasons.

Not sure what you mean.  You can subscribe to the cvs at lists.horde.org
email list if you want to see checkins, or you can use the Chora browser
at http://cvs.horde.org/ to see what's been checked in, or you can do "cvs
update" to see if anything has changed since you last checked out, ...?
