[ingo] Fatal error: Call to undefined function

Hi !

I just got the current version of Ingo via CVS. I followed the install instuctions and created the conf.php, but when i try to open ingo following error appears:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: singleton() in /var/www/horde/ingo/lib/base.php on line 41

This is my configuraton:

(Problem here is, when i try to run the ingo test page the browser says:
ERROR: You must install Horde before running this script.)
