[ingo] How to use INGO ??

Hello,

could somebody please advice me in how to use Ingo? I am not running any
ftp-server, but obviously I need one for Ingo. Or can I use it without ftp?
Running imap2001a.x.y.rpm and saw that there is mentioned also IMAP as entry
for "script" in backend.php. So what could my backend.php look like?
