[ingo] missing gettestinfo()

Looking closer, it doesn't seem to be a problem with your $ingo_storage
object, but rather that it can't find the gettestinfo() function in the
Ingo_Storage:: class.  I don't know what else to say - that function
definitely exists (I am looking at it right now) and I have no problems
with this line.  Update again from CVS, and if that doesn't work, I am out
of ideas.
