[ingo] Problems with Ingo HEAD & VFS

I found out my problem installing Gollem : the VFS pear library did not have the
appropriate permissions for apache. Now Gollem works fine, but Ingo now gives
me the following error :

Unable to write VFS file.

My settings are for ftp :
'procmailrc' => '.procmailrc.horde'

When I do ls -al on this file :
-rw-rw----    1 kristof  kristof         0 Oct 26 16:48 .procmailrc.horde

(I created an empty file, already changed permissions a+rw, but of no avail)

Gollem has no problem overwriting this file, so ftp vfs works...

What could be my problem now ?
