[ingo] ingo not working

In tried to install ingo.1.0 on my horde 2.2.5. but i
click on the icon filter i get the following error
message.

The Horde_Util package was not found. If PHP's
error_reporting setting is high enough, there should
be error messages printed above that may help you in
debugging the problem. If you are simply missing these
files, then you need to get the framework module from
Horde CVS, and install the packages in it with the
install-packages.php script.

I tried downloading the horde framework but I tried to
install with the install-packeages.php I get the
following error message 

Installing Notification:

No such command

Installing Perms:

No such command

Installing Browser:

No such command

Installing Auth:

No such command

what am I doing wrongh? how do i install the above
framework with the install-packages.php?
