[ingo] Ingo not loading procmailrc filters on login

Hi all,

I've been a having a problem with ingo and I was wondering if it's a bug, or if it's
misconfiguration on my part.  Basically when I create rules, it saves them just fine, but when I
logout then login again all my filters are gone.  The .procmailrc file is still in my home
directory, however the filters don't load into the menu to edit/remove/add, etc.  So if I add new
rules, it will simply overwrite the existing .procmailrc file.

Is this the expected behavior?  Is this a bug?  Or is this just misconfiguration on my part?

Any help would be great.
