[ingo] Automatic creation of folder when moving mail

Hi

I am using an IMAP backend.

I know that it is necessary that the target folder must exists
(or being created on the spot) when creating a filter rule for
moving mail, however, it happened that a user might remove
that target folder in folder view with the filter rule still pointing
to it.
When the rule is applied, Ingo still said that mails are moved to
the non-existence target folder which, in reality, not.

Just wonder if anyone ran into this situation and have any patch
readily available which can either return an error message or
create the target folder again automatically.
