[ingo] More vfstypes?

It seems kinda limiting that there are only two vfstypes for ingo, ftp, 
and timesieved.  Howabout a ya know, filesystem one.  I think alot of 
people using this may just wanna access the local filesystem.  I find it 
really annoying that I have to transfer via ftp to the local filesystem.

Especially since I plan on running an ftp server on this box, and I 
don't like the idea of there being ANY account on it that has access to 
the users maildirs.
