[ingo] Can I use ingo to generate server sieve scripts?

The documentation I see for Ingo states that as user must apply the
filters either automatically at login, or by manually doing so.  I am
wondering if there is a way to export the filter rules as sieve scripts
to apply so that they run automatically.
