[ingo] Disabling edition of whitelist/blacklist

Hi everybody. I´ve installed Horde 3.0.5, IMP 4.0.3, Turba 2.0.3 and Ingo 1.0.2.
I would like to disable whitelist and blacklist edition for every user, but
still use them. I mean, I would like to automatically add every Turba contact
to the whitelist, but without enabling users to edit their whitelists. Is that
possible?
