Then they need to be educated, which as an educational institution should
be right up you alley.

That doesn't even come close to conveying the same information to me.
You probably want something more like "block" and "allow" or
"deny" and "allow" instead.

(see anything there with the subject: a change on the lists terms)

The above will also give hints (along with the FAQ) on how to change them
at your site if you want to do so in some mistaken notion that it will
somehow impact racism.
