[ingo] Configuring automatic filtering: HOWTO?

Is there any good documentation out there about how to set up IMP and Ingo to
automatically filter messages as they arrive? The answer seems to be, 'Use Sieve
or Procmail,' but I haven't found any good breakdown of how to set things up.
