Sorry for the confusion.

I do not exactly understand what you mean. All I know Ingo is installed on
Horde.
I did not say Ingo is bouncing something.

The bounce is of course coming from the domain where the message could not
be delivered.
Than the forward rule sends the the bounce message to everybody on the
forward list including the non existing emailadres which will lead to
another bounce message that will be forwarded again to the members of
forward list .......etc.

Ingo doesn't bounce anything. It only creates rules for you mail system. But
you didn't tell us any details, not even which script backend you use, so we
can't help you at all.
