[ingo] file backend

Hi there,

I help with a site which uses ingo with procmailrc files, our site  
admin was not keen on setting up an ftp server simply for putting the  
procmailrc files in place so I extended ingo to use the "file" backend.

Is there any security / practical reason why you shouldn't  use a   
"file" the backend for ingo?

If not I wouldn't mind our changes being added to the main source tree.
