[ingo] Change default AND to OR in filter conditions

in Ingo_Storage_filters::getDefaultRule() in ingo/lib/Storage.php,  
change the value for 'combine' from INGO_STORAGE_COMBINE_ALL to  
INGO_STORAGE_COMBINE_ANY. (Line 809, give or take).  If you'd like  
this to be a configuration option or a user preference, create an  
enhancement ticket on bugs.horde.org.  Patches welcome!
