[ingo] Filter contains -and- doesn't contain problem

Hi All,

I recently upgraded our webmail to:

horde-3.1.3
imp-h3-4.1.3
ingo-h3-1.1.2

We're having problems with filter rules that look like:

If
Subject contains "apples"
and
Subject doesn't contain "oranges"
Delete Mail

All mail not containing "oranges" is deleted.

Is this a bug?
