[ingo] problem with sieve forward rule.

yeah, I can keep having this conversation by myself...

one rule is fine.  darn it.

a normal redirect rule works and if it doesn't contain a stop then it 
will pass to the others in your filter list.

however, in our environment we are moving about 30,000 users from the 
prefs system to sieve.  As a result they do not have stops in their 
existing rules and will need the second rule or call in about broken 
filters.

Sorry for the bother, I'll still post if I come up with anything worth while.
