[ingo] filter performance

We are upgrading from Horde 2 / IMP 3 to Horde 3 / IMP 4 and Ingo 1.   
Currently, the filters in IMP 3 will fire off on EVERY message in  
their inbox, which translates into a TON of imap calls for larger  
inboxes.  Does Ingo suffer from the same issue, or do the filters fire  
off an new messages only?
