We have been thinking about something similar to what Darrell is asking, 
though the "special" rule would give users the option to block messages 
based on specific SpamAssassin rules hit, e.g DCC_CHECK or RAZOR2_CHECK. 
  We have not gotten around to coding it yet, though, so any pointers 
would be welcome.
