[ingo] can't get ingo talking to timsieved

it's just on the localhost. as mentioned, telneting works fine. sieve is
going, it is filtering mail, and it can be connected to.
it's just ingo that doesn't seem to want to talk to it.
also, I can't find any logs relating to this. nothing in /var/log
appears, and my /var/lib/imap/log directory is empty.
where is ingo/horde supposed to log messages to?
