[ingo] Problem while upgrading horde and ingo

anyway.. what files in ./ingo/scripts/upgrades directory:
convert_imp_filters.php, convert_prefs_to_sql.php are for? It just
creates some records in ingo_rules table but all cells values are
NULL. I thought it takes filters from horde_prefs and puts it into
ingo_rules. But i guess I am wrong.
