[ingo] Problems with convert_prefs_to_sql.php

Yes it is for moving. Read docs/UPGRADING for infos how to use it.
If you find entries in ingo_lists, ingo_vacation, ingo_forwards or ingo_spam
you may have the same problem that ingo_rules_seq is not created on demand.
