[ingo] vacation filter with maildrop - question regarding replies sent to spam and mailing list messages.

I love the vacation filter and use it with maildrop.  Would the following
improve on the filter to prevent replies to messages from lists and spam?
Perhaps I am doing something wrong or missing something as replies are being
sent to a users spam and list messages.  Is there a way to have this added
to the vacation filter each time?  Is this a good idea?  Thank you.
