[ingo] removing ingo Spam icon

my ingo prefs.php does not have that rule. all the other rules are 
commented out though because I am using the SQL backend.

In my case, it's postgres, but under ingo_rules table, there is no 
"Spam" rule. Mine is called "Junk Mail".

Should I add the spam rule and lock it or is there some other trick I 
can try?
