[ingo] Cannot edit filter rules - Ingo

    Hi,
I've some rules in ingo - I've made them a days ago. Now I can see  
that I can't edit them and create new one. I got error : You do not  
have permission to edit filter rules.
   Apache is owner of the horde directory, in the Administration menu  
-> Rights isn't ingo. So, what I've missed ?
