[ingo] Ingo H4 (2.0) Final

I have been working with H4 today, and I just cant get ingo to  
activate at all.

I found a new option in imp, to enable the display of the filters  
icon, but that only results in:

The requested URL /horde4/imp/filterprefs.php was not found on this server.

And that file doesn't exist anywhere I can locate in IMP H4 (5.0) Final

If I attempt to access ingo directly, via /horde4/ingo I get:

A fatal error has occurred
ingo is not activated.
