[ingo] Sieve scripts not getting activated on save?

Can't quite decipher the code that well yet :) Getting better at it slowly...

But ingo claims not to have any user prefs on my install, which is why I think I have some corruption in a backend somewhere. Hopefully I can track it down now that I know more where to look.
