[ingo] ingo-postfix-policyd: "Not updated"

Hello everyone.
I'm trying to set up and use ingo-postfix-policyd.
While testing it I get a message saying 'Not updated'.
Looking at source code I found the following lines,

Horde_Registry::appInit('ingo', array('cli' => true));

exit('Not updated');
--

so I guess the script will unconditionally exit with this error.

Does this mean the script is not yet ported to H4?
Any help?
