[ingo] Sieve INBOX prefix with altnamespace option

Ok, I understand but I've searched where is the mistake and I don't  
find... Do you have an idea ? Why all folders are prefixed with INBOX.  
whereas they are at root level ? In IMP, don't have problem to list  
and open them.
