[ingo] files sieve

[ANANT S ATHAVALE]

I use cyrus sieve and if you see, there will be two files 1.  
ingo.script 2. ingo.bc.  The ingo.bc corresponds to compiled version  
of ingo.script.

Unless you compile the script, it won't be effective.
