[ingo] Using IMP Auth in Ingo

Hello Jan

Yes I am using different logins. I have logins for horde and then get the
login for the mail server from ldap. 

My mailserver is dovecot with managesieve daemon, so the imp login and the
ingo login need to be the same. Another option would be to implement the
complete authentication for ingo but that seems to be too much overhead for
me.
