[ingo] vacation not working

In horde groupware 5.2.22 an attempt to install a vacation filter fails:

Script not updated: There was an error activating the script. The driver said: line 147: bad argument at offset 0 line 148: bad argument at offset 0 line 149: bad argument at offset 0 line 150: bad argument at offset 0 line 151: bad argument at offset 0
