[jonah] Jonah INSTALL

I just grap the jonah from cvs but there's no way to install it on horde 3.1 it 
seems :/     
I know it's a bit old but it seems that there's no horde admin and additionally  
some config parameters mentioned in the INSTALL file aren't present anymore  
(sure INSTALL is old but why that things are removed when it can't find it  
correctly?!)  
All that hacking around didn't work.  
Please help me, I want RDF in my horde =)  
Or is there another horde alternative now? ;)
