[jonah] New Jonah UI

Hey Chuck,
   UI redesign is probably something that I could do ('bout time). However, I'm
wondering if that could be made as a base look for Horde? Or at least a
configurable one. Have you seen metadot, it's like Yahoo. I don't know how many
people would actually like/use this feature but I figure if it's (jonah) going
to be a portal than it should be the first thing people see. Any thoughts from
anybody??
