[jonah] No Data Within Jonah's Main Screen

fixed. My problems were due to a previous patch messing up
my cvs. I've removed all of the files that this patch touched
and re-ran cvs update, as well implementing your suggested
change to my config.

The last bit sounds like your registry config is messed up.

Also, make sure that you re-ran the Jonah config generation; if
$conf['weather']['storage']['driver'] is still set to 'default', things
won't work.
