[jonah] Still get weather from San Diego

Hello,

I have found an email or two with the same subject in the list archive.  Didn't 
see an answer though.  The same thing is happening to me.  I am running the 
nightly snapshot of 2003-03-24 for all.

I downloaded the tsv data files from cvs.  Do I need to use the script 
referenced?  The cascading list works and lets me select a country,state and 
then city.  The I have confirmed the database(pgsql) is updated.  Why does it 
show San Diego, CA??

Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.
