[jonah] Errors in interceptvector weather xml

There is some problems with interceptvector's weather data service, it
puts errors like these to weather xml files:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<br />
<b>Warning</b>:  fopen( ....
<br />
<b>Warning</b>:  fputs() ...
<br />
<b>Warning</b>:  fclose(): ...
<br />
<weather>
...
</weather>

Is there some way to make Jonah to ingore these warnings before <weather>
tag?
