SOLVED?. This single one happens if the tables exist jonah_weathercountries
and jonah_weatherstations. Drop them and now it shows the message "Either
no weather data is available ....".

Patch? erase horde/jonah/scripts/drivers/README and
horde/jonah/scripts/drivers/jonah_weather.sql?
