[jonah] Missing Channels.php

What has happened to the channels.php file?  I can't find it on CVS, the FTP
snapshots or anywhere else on the web.

The jonah_channels table in MySQL is nicely populated, but whenever I use the
options menu to subscribe to a channel, it is complaining about the missing
channels.php file from Jonah root.

I see the file mentioned a lot in the list archives,but it is now MIA.
