[jonah] Bug in charset

Hello,

i have the new CVS of JOnah.

At the jonah menu, where i can add rss feeds, i have problems with some 
letters:

ÄÖÜ

But at the startpage of horde, when i make my own layout, i see the correct 
letters.

Is this a bug?
