[juno] problem with horde

 Morning All,
 
 We are having trouble for the first time with Horde and need help rather quickly, if at 
 all possible.
 
 We can no longer delete (spam, etc.,) and the system no longer recognizes if an e-mail 
 has been responded to.  What do we do?  We inherited the system with a business we 
 acquired, and it is basically our lifeline.
 
 It's been trouble free from December until just last week.
 
 Can anyone assist?
