[klutz] CLI Backend

Since there is no easy way to search the archive.. I'll just ask .. 

I'm having issues with the CLI-backend.sh file.

I've tried using wget, lynx and tried several variations of the URL.

My url is:

http://localhost:8889/horde..... (etc)

Username and pass are setup to be a Admin user, but when I run it all I see is:

Forbidden

which I assume is a 403.. has anyone else had this problem?
