Attached is some updates for the comics.php.dist file.

Summary of changes:

* Changed name of 'Peanuts' to 'Peanuts Classics' matching what the print
media refers to it as.

* Added 'Beetle Bailey' by Mort Walker

* Added 'Marvin' by Tom Armstrong

* Added 'Popeye' by Hy Eisman

* Added 'Dennis the Menace' by Marcus Hamilton and Ron Ferdinand, Created by
Hank Ketcham

* Updated URL, Homepage and referer on 'Family Circus' and 'Mother Goose and
Grimm' since both had broken homepage links.
