Install Problem

Hi,

I'm having a problem getting Kronolith running.  I have the Horde framework
(and phplib) working, and PHP 4.01pl2.  I grabbed the latest version
Kronolith via CVS.

When I try accessing the index.php, I get the following error

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'horde' in
/usr/local/apache/Documents/horde/kronolith/index.php on line 24

any ideas?
