If you already have Horde installed, visit horde/test.php in your browser
and it will give you the PHP version, and other things relevant to Horde.

If you have PHP installed and working, but not Horde, put a small file
called phpinfo.php in your web tree with just this one line:

	<?php phpinfo(); ?>

and visit it with your browser.  That will give you lots of details about
PHP.
