Event ending time issue

Hello,

I notice some strange behaviour when entering a new event.
1. When changing the default starting time, the ending time isn't
changed           accordingly. (it changes to december 1, 2001)
2. When trying to enter a new event, using the starting en ending times, after
   changing the defaults, the event isn't saved!
   (When you leave the defaults, the event is saved.)
   The timespan option gives no problems.
