kronolith startup error

Hi,
I have the latest Horde, IMP, and Turba CVS releases installed and running
fine. I just completed the install for kronolith and i'm getting the
following error when i access http://mydomain.com/horde/kronolith. I have
the CVS from today including the libmcal CVS just as the install file
says.

Here's line 23 from common-header.inc

Any help would be appreciated.
