[kronolith] alarm doesn't work

I guess i was just thinking about how outlook express behaves.  When you 
have the "reminder" on (and its little graphic icon looks like a bell), it 
pops up a window to remind you x minutes before hand.  Exactly how 
kronolith does it.  And I assumed that to implement that you'll need to 
use javascript.   

I'll pass up on writing it.  It'll take me a long time to dig through all 
the code.  :)  I'm still trying to fix the saving draft w/o closing window 
problem I have.
